Your timesheet never leaves your device. The week you enter, your hourly rate and your work label are stored in your browser's local storage. There is no account, no server and no upload. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.
Sending hours to the invoice generator
When you use "Send these hours as an invoice", two things travel in the link. The week's total hours, your hourly rate and the currency are ordinary query parameters, so the invoice page can pre-fill from them; they are part of the URL and, like any URL, reach the invoice site's host. The per-day detail — your descriptions, start and finish times — is encoded into the URL fragment, which browsers never transmit to a web server, so it travels from this page to the invoice page inside your own browser and nowhere else.
Neither carries your name, your email or anything identifying. There is still no account, no database and no upload.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records the page you viewed, a rough location derived from your IP address (which is truncated before storage), and general device and browser details. It does not receive the values you type in — those stay in your browser. Google explains its part at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
